Massive congratulations to Thomas Fairbrother on receiving his MCIBSE membership and certification.  Tom has worked really hard on his application and interview for MCIBSE and was able to demonstrate the required competencies being engaged in a leadership role with technical responsibility and developing solutions to complex problems.  Well done Tom, we are looking forward to watching you continue to develop as an engineer and grow within the company.
