Stephen Clarke founded SCC in 2003 after almost 20 years in the construction industry. Since then the practice has gone from strength to strength with vast experience across many sectors. Laura Buckley now sits alongside Stephen as a company director, driving the success of the practice by delivering a highly personal, quality service from project inception to completion.

We have established high targets for the quality of our services which are delivered through an Integrated Management System, certified to ISO 9001 Quality Management.

Within the practice we have chartered engineers and certified low carbon consultants with recognition from CIBSE, IET, IMechE & IEI. We continue to invest heavily in our team both technically and personally as we strive to achieve a relaxed yet professional working environment. We also invest heavily in our IT, using Revit, MEPWorx and other design software to aid efficient, quality design practices.

Previous projects include works in the education, commercial, industrial, residential & hospitality sectors. We also have vast experience in MEP condition surveys for both public and private sector clients.

Additionally, we offer commissioning management services, with experience in a number of high value projects across the education, commercial, industrial and hospitality sectors.
