Omniplex Sunderland

Omniplex transformed this cinema into a premium 5 star experience with luxury seating and bespoke cocktail and beer offerings. SCC acted as MEP consultants, delivering designs that supported a high quality refurbishment and enhanced customer experience.

The Printworks

Commercial office fit out at The Print Works in Belfast city centre. Working with Johnston Houston, part of Drees and Sommer, SCC delivered MEP design and site services for this Victorian building, featuring media walls, kitchens, agile spaces and meeting rooms.

Ibis Coleraine

Belfast Harlequins

SCC delivered design for full pitch lighting replacement and LV distribution upgrade. Existing columns were retained with new LED floodlighting installed. A strong collaboration alongside Wayne Storey, Abax and NMK Engineering ensured a high quality outcome.

Progressive Newtownards

SCC provided full M&E design focused on energy efficiency, comfort and future ready systems. Works included intelligent lighting, upgraded HVAC and robust power and data infrastructure, all tailored to meet the needs of a modern commercial environment.

Ibis Coleraine

Three storey hotel refurbishment to IBIS standards, including bedrooms, reception and corridors. Works included full electrical fit out, upgraded ventilation systems, replacement sanitaryware and improved plumbing infrastructure.

Boojum

SCC delivered full MEP design across multiple Boojum sites including restaurants and central kitchens. Works covered ventilation, lighting, heating, plumbing, drainage, power, data, fire alarm and security systems, ensuring quality and coordination throughout.

Alexandra College

Dublin city centre school canteen extension and upgrade including new kitchen and servery fit out. Works also included flexible dining areas, new air handling systems, ductwork and a complete air conditioning installation.

Antrim Tech Park

Following major flood damage, SCC supported a full refurbishment for a leading Northern Ireland utility provider. Works included replacement of all M&E services and delivery of a modern CAT A and CAT B collaborative workspace.

Kainos Belfast

SCC supported the expansion of Kainos Belfast HQ into the Bank of Ireland building, delivering collaborative spaces, breakout areas and meeting rooms. The project included exposed MEP services and required careful coordination to minimise disruption.

Full M&E fit out of toilets, boardroom, meeting rooms, IT and comms rooms. Open plan areas were designed with integrated lighting, heating, cooling and fresh air systems to support a flexible and efficient working environment.

Major refurbishment of the Boots Building in Belfast including full renewal of all MEP systems. SCC was involved from Stage 1 through to handover, overcoming complex distribution challenges through detailed design and BIM coordination.
