SCC was appointed from design concept through to completion for 18 high end apartments in a sought after area of Holywood.

Due to the unique shape of the building, location and river running below the site, many challenges were overcome to facilitate the MEP installations. An added constraint was planning restrictions on wall penetrations which necessitated a central boiler house with district heating.
