Tates Avenue

We were appointed from RIBA Stages 1 - 7 on this highly prominent residential scheme on the corner of Tates Avenue in Belfast. The scheme consisted of 6 storeys containing 23 apartments and 3 ground floor retail units with a rear car park.

Due to its sensitive location, the building had to meet very strict visual planning requirements and therefore service routes and penetrations had to be carefully considered.

Planning restrictions on noise also necessitated careful consideration of ventilation systems and glazing.
