The major refurbishment of the Boots Building in Belfast involved complete renewal of all MEP systems from primary plant to final outlet.

The layout and site boundaries of the building presented challenges with primary distribution routes that were overcome through careful design and coordination with the rest of the team using Building Information Modelling (BIM).

SCC was appointed from Stage 1 through to handover, playing a key role in all aspects of this complex project.
