At SCC we were appointed as M&E engineers to provide full RIBA Stage 1-7 designs for the new amenity block at Linden Foods, Dungannon.  The new block included offices, changing rooms and clean down areas for employees.  As this project was for an extension, it was critical that any new systems could be connected to the existing systems, including the current steam system that runs through the current factory. 

We worked closely with the Architect, client and contractors to ensure that the project was handed over on time and within budget.
