The Avenue

The Avenue, by Omniplex Cinema Group is a luxury cinema with restaurant quality food and cocktails. The cinema has 9 screens fitted out with velvet sofas, armchairs, side tables and footstools to maximise comfort.

SCC provided designs for our long term client to provide new facilities in CastleCourt Shopping Centre in Belfast.

We worked closely with the client and landlord teams to ensure all systems were fully coordinated between both parties ensuring no surprises at handover.
