We were involved in this project from client acquisition in 2020 when we completed a feasibility study for the building. Our client, Straidorn Properties then appointed us from RIBA Stages 1-7 for MEP design services.

After the site was acquired, we produced MEP design documents and lead a tender process with selected MEP Contractors for the complete refurbishment of the building.

One of the client’s aspirations was to achieve a WELL Platinum rating for the building so we worked closely with the WELL assessor to ensure all MEP design items were considered. The specific criteria included increased ventilation rates, advanced lighting controls and strict lighting glare ratio limits.

We were heavily involved in the project throughout the construction phase, reacting quickly to coordinate any design changes. The building is finished to an extremely high standard throughout, including large areas with exposed MEP services.
