SCC are delighted to have been involved in this carbon neutral site, working to meet BREEAM Excellent and LEED Gold credentials through our design specification.

We provided MEP design and site services for the office areas throughout the site. The offices designed by Calibro Workspace, boast open plan workspaces, a statement 16-seat boardroom, collaboration areas, social hub and a number of meeting areas. All areas have been designed with employee wellbeing and comfort as a priority that allows flexibility within the spaces.
