Our most recent team day out was to Waterman House in Belfast to their cookery school. Our choice of cuisine was Indian and the dish was Lamb Madras, which initially terrified most of the team. Chef Niall McKenna guided us through Pilau Rice, Chana and Vegetable Curry, Chilli, Coriander and Lime Relish and Bombay Potatoes. Each dish was tailored to personal tastes and the team produced an excellent meal. The experience finished with drinks served by the bar team. We are very grateful for the hospitality and look forward to the next team day.
