Last week in the office we celebrated Thomas Fairbrother and the 10 years he has spent with us.

What started with a chance conversation has turned into a decade of dedication and growth, creating a lasting impact here at SCC. Tom has become a truly valued part of the SCC journey - his commitment, experience and genuine passion for what we do every single day are second to none! From starting out as an apprentice in the industry to becoming Principal Engineer, his journey reflects continuous growth and dedication.

We are so grateful for everything Tom has achieved in helping to shape who we are today. His contribution has not gone unnoticed, and it's people like Tom who help make this team what it is.
