We are proud to share that SCC has achieved a Bronze Accreditation in the Work Well Live Well programme delivered by Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke.

This award recognises the steps we have taken to support the health & wellbeing of our team and in turn creating a more positive and supportive workplace culture.

A huge well done to our two Health Champions Eva Walsh & Bethany Clarke who led this initiative and have implemented many positive changes across the business.

Some of the initiatives introduced include monthly healthy breakfasts for staff, fresh fruit and healthy snack options always available, annual staff health checks, wellbeing surveys with follow up actions, and guest talks/workshops on stress management, sleep, mental health and wellbeing, to name just a few.

We believe that supporting employee wellbeing is just as important as delivering great work, and we are delighted to see the girls efforts are being recognised through the Work Well Live Well scheme.
