SCC was pleased to attend the first in-person Employee Owned Business Forum hosted by Employee Ownership Ireland in Belfast.

Aaron from SCC joined other employee-owned businesses from across Northern Ireland for an engaging session focused on networking, sharing experiences, and building a stronger community of support within the employee ownership sector.

The event was hosted by Gilbert-Ash at their Belfast headquarters, with introductions from Employee Ownership Ireland Chair Karen Maguire. Attendees had the opportunity to discuss their employee ownership journeys so far, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

The forum highlighted the continued growth of employee-owned businesses across Northern Ireland and the importance of creating spaces where organisations can connect and learn from one another. The group plans to continue meeting quarterly through a mix of in-person and online sessions.

SCC was delighted to take part in the event and looks forward to future discussions that support and promote employee ownership across the region.
