As part of Northern Ireland Apprenticeship Week 2026, SCC is proud to highlight Charlie, our first apprentice. Charlie chose the apprenticeship route to gain practical experience alongside his studies in Digital Construction Management. He works with the SCC team daily while completing one day per week of theoretical study. Charlie shared his positive experience of apprenticeships and offered advice to others considering this pathway. Apprenticeships play a key role in developing future industry talent.
