Help to Grow with Queen’s Management School

Laura & Simon have completed the Help to Grow Management Course with Queen’s Management School. The course was 12 weeks long consisting of weekly online or face to face modules, peer group calls and 10 hours of one-to-one mentoring which Simon & Laura found extremely useful. The program was designed to help develop leadership & management skills together with the confidence and tools to implement change within our business and adopt new and improved business practices.

The course covered strategies for growth & innovation, engaging with customers, building a sustainable business and operations & financial strategies. Laura & Simon have already started their growth action plan and we are all very excited for our future.
